Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to promote and sell a company's products or services
  • Works closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives
  • Conducts market research to identify customer needs and trends
  • Analyzes competitor activities and stays updated on industry trends
  • Develops marketing plans, campaigns, and initiatives to reach target audiences
  • Implements and manages digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Creates and manages content for various marketing channels, such as website, blog, social media, and email newsletters
  • Plans and organizes promotional events, trade shows, and product launches
  • Manages marketing budgets and tracking return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities
  • Collaborates with internal departments to ensure the marketing activities align with overall business goals
  • Monitors and reports the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and or equivalent experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience in marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Proficient in marketing software/tools
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach and high level of creativity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
