Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end processing and prioritization of 9G Working Visas, AEPs, and incorporator registrations, ensuring minimal delays in onboarding key foreign personnel and business stakeholders.
- Ensure strict and timely compliance with all regulatory obligations tied to business operations, including renewals and updates.
- Prepare, file, and monitor government submissions such as permits, licenses, and certifications with relevant agencies (e.g., BIR, SEC, DOLE, FDA, NMIS, BI, and LGUs).
- Serve as the main point of contact for visa-related processing, maintaining close coordination with the Bureau of Immigration, DOLE, and other government agencies to expedite approvals.
- Keep accurate and updated records of all submitted and approved regulatory documents, including visa and employment permit statuses.
- Coordinate and follow through with internal departments and third-party providers to ensure compliance activities are completed efficiently.
- Continuously monitor regulatory updates or policy changes and assess their impact on company operations, especially those affecting foreign employees or incorporators.
- Cultivate and manage working relationships with key contacts in government agencies to support smooth and efficient compliance processing.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a Compliance Officer or in a related legal or administrative capacity with strong understanding of corporate and immigration compliance.
- Extensive working knowledge and hands-on experience with processing requirements for:
- 9G Working Visa, AEP, and ACR I-Card
- Business permit renewals (City Hall, BIR, SEC, etc.)
- Regulatory bodies such as FDA, NMIS, LLDA, BFP, DOLE, and related entities.
- Strong professional network within immigration and regulatory offices is a significant advantage.
- Meticulous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple high-priority tasks independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Must be able to report on-site in Pasay City.
- Available to start immediately.
