Pulse ) is a creative and marketing studio that helps consumer and e-commerce brands grow through design, strategy, and execution. Beyond our design and marketing services, we're building a relationship-driven growth engine to keep us top-of-mind with our network, drive more referrals, and build a predictable sales pipeline.

We're looking for a Sales & CRM Specialist to help us organize and activate our network, improve our sales process, and run simple but effective referral and nurture programs. You'll work directly with our founders, managing our CRM (GoHighLevel) and supporting business development activities.


What You'll Do

  • CRM & Automation

  • Manage our CRM (GoHighLevel): clean data, tagging, pipelines, workflows.

  • Build and optimize nurture sequences (emails, follow-ups, reminders).
  • Track referrals and sales opportunities in a structured way.

  • Sales & Referral Support

  • Organize and activate our network to generate warm introductions and referrals.

  • Support outbound and inbound follow-ups (email, LinkedIn, calendar management).
  • Help improve our sales process by keeping leads and proposals moving smoothly.

  • Reporting & Process

  • Create simple dashboards/reports on pipeline, referrals, and booked calls.

  • Maintain data hygiene: deduplication, bounce management, clean tagging.
  • Document workflows and SOPs so our system scales as we grow.

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years experience in CRM, marketing automation, or sales support.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar tools (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, etc.).
  • Comfortable with Google Sheets and light reporting.
  • Strong English communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with B2B lead generation, referrals, or partnership marketing a plus.
