The CRM Data Specialist is responsible for cleansing, enriching, verifying, and formatting CRM data to ensure a high-quality, accurate Salesforce database. This role supports the outbound sales and marketing teams by delivering validated, complete, and segmentable contact records that accelerate pipeline generation and campaign performance.

Key Experience & Skills
- 1+ years of experience in lead research, data entry, or CRM enrichment.
- Proficient with data tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, or similar.
- Basic familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRMs.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written English and ability to document actions clearly.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision and meet weekly data targets.
Outcomes / Key Measures of Success
- Enrich 100% of Assigned Records
- Enrichment of ~30,000 assigned records, averaging 200 accounts scrubbed per day, appending accurate names, titles, emails, phone numbers, and firmographic info.
- Maintain High Accuracy Standards
- Achieve 90% accuracy rate based on QA spot checks conducted weekly
- Flag & Disposition Invalid Records
- Properly flag closed businesses, bad numbers, or non-ICP accounts, with detailed
- reasons and tags for suppression or exclusion.
- Deliver Salesforce-Ready Data
- Ensure all records are standardized, de-duped, and enriched in Salesforce.
Responsibilities & Experiences
- Research and enrich CRM records using tools (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn) to append missing contact information.
- Verify phone numbers and email addresses via online resources, calling, and validation tools.
- Identify and flag duplicates, closed businesses, or inaccurate information.
- Apply formatting standards to phone numbers, job titles, and company names.
- Log all work performed, including enrichment status and validation steps.
- Deliver weekly reports detailing completed work, invalidated records, and data quality metrics.
