Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred)
  • Proficiency in site documentation, report preparation, and construction software is an advantage
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Site Management


• Supervise and manage daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with project specifications


• Organize and implement approved plans and schedules in coordination with foremen and clients


• Monitor concreting activities, including pouring, finishing, and curing


• Conduct regular assessments and inspections of works, prepare recommendations for progress payments, and validate contractors' billings


• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth concreting operations


• Support turnover and punch list activities, ensuring concrete works meet required tolerances and specifications

Quality Control


• Conduct inspections to check flatness, levelness, and finishing quality


• Identify and resolve defects or non-conformances in concrete works


• Implement best practices for surface finishing, curing methods, and jointing


• Enforce strict safety protocols during all concrete operations, including PPE compliance and equipment handling


• Conduct toolbox meetings, safety inspections, and risk assessments prior to major concrete pours

Documentation & Reporting


• Maintain accurate site records, including accomplishment reports and inspection forms, and submit reports after each activity to document progress and compliance with project requirements


• Record any deviations from approved plans and communicate technical issues
