Key Responsibilities:

Structural Works:

At least 2–5 years of hands-on experience in:

  • Reinforced concrete works (e.g., footings, columns, beams, slabs)
  • Formworks and scaffolding
  • Rebar installation
  • Structural inspections

QC/QA Experience:

  • Proven work as a Quality Control Inspector or Engineer in previous construction projects.
  • Familiarity with project specifications, testing procedures, and reporting systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Thorough knowledge of National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP)
  • Thorough knowledge of Concrete and steel standards (ASTM, ACI, etc.)

Interpretation:

  • Structural plans
  • Shop drawings
  • As-built plans

Familiarity in Testing Procedure:

  • Slump test
  • Compressive strength test of concrete
  • Rebar inspection and lap splicing
  • Welding inspections (if applicable)

Soft Skills & other requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (able to report issues clearly)
  • Professional integrity – does not compromise on safety/standards
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (for daily reports and logs)

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) - At minimum, a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: At least 2–5 years of hands-on structural work
  • Certification: Construction Safety Training Certificate (COSH/BOSH) - Optional but Valuable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php24, Php25,000.00 per month
