JOB OVERVIEW

The Project Coordinator/ Site Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the operations at construction sites while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
  • Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure construction meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Implement regular site inspections and audits to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with construction projects.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on site operations, including material usage, delivery performance, and any operational issues.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline site operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (with license preferred).
  • At least 2 years of work experience
  • Experience in project scheduling required
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
