Responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plans and specifications. He will ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and effective coordination among contractors, suppliers, and the construction team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project sites.
  • Ensure that work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project implementation.
  • Prepare daily and/or weekly progress reports and submit to the Resident Engineer and Construction Head.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Assist in material take-off, quantity estimates, and checking of contractor billings.
  • Report any issues, delays, or deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support project documentation, permits, and inspections as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid PRC license as a Registered Civil Engineer is preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in site supervision or project implementation in real estate or construction projects
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
  • Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Effective communication, leadership, time management and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Willing to render work on-site
  • Willing to start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php30,000.00 per month
