We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil or Electrical) to join our construction team. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion, and coordinate closely with the project management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.

  • Ensure work quality and safety compliance according to plans and specifications.

  • Coordinate with project managers, foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.

  • Review and interpret technical drawings and construction plans.

  • Monitor project timelines, materials, and manpower requirements.

  • Resolve technical issues and provide practical site solutions.

  • Enforce strict adherence to safety and company standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

  • Licensed Engineer (PRC) preferred.

  • With at least 3–5 years of solid site experience in construction projects.

  • Strong technical knowledge in construction supervision and project implementation.

  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other related tools.

  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

  • Willing to be assigned in South and North Metro Manila project sites.
