Work Setup: Full Onsite | Monday to Friday, Day shift schedule

Location: Calamba, Laguna

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to labor union negotiations and handling.
  • Preferably with experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and best practices.
  • Proven experience in handling unionized environments and CBA negotiations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.
  • Handle labor union relations, including collective bargaining negotiations, dispute resolution, grievance handling, and union engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
  • Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Represent the company in labor-related government proceedings and inspections (DOLE, NLRC, etc.).
  • Implement HR policies and programs in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
  • Foster a positive work culture while managing employee concerns and promoting engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
