ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Must be proficient in Reading, Writing, Comprehending and Speaking the Spanish and the English language.

  • Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Must have an expert understanding of computer applications.
  • Experience in handling Customer Service accounts for Spanish and English speaking customers Education or equivalency
  • Minimum of High School Education required, or preferably with two (2) years college background.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in the Customer Service field handling healthcare account
  • Applicant will be expected to pass an Internal English Literacy Test and Spanish communication interviews.
  • Must be able to work onsite and on a night shift schedules.
