Woola Filipinas is a Spanish Travel Agency based in Manila (Philippines) since 2018, specializing in organizing tailor-made trips across the Philippines. Our mission is to showcase the wonders of the Philippine archipelago to all types of travelers (family trips, honeymoons, groups, etc.) by creating unique and customized itineraries through its islands.

Woola Filipinas is looking for tourism professionals or individuals with travel ambitions to continue creating incredible experiences for our travelers. We are a young, dynamic, and multicultural team.

What do we offer?

We are looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking Customer Service Agent based in the Metro Manila to assist our travelers. The responsibilities include staying in contact with travelers by phone or email and personally assisting them in Manila. Additionally, we need a responsible person with an understanding of the various business areas of the company to provide  excellent service to clients during their travels across the Philippines.

An effective Customer Service Agent must have good communication skills in both English and Spanish. Being part of our team means:

  • Managing incidents that may occur during the trip. Determining client needs, finding solutions, and coordinating changes with the operations department.
  • Achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales and company goals.
  • Welcoming clients upon arrival at their destination and providing five-star customer service.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is not mandatory but highly valued.
  • Strong interaction and communication skills.
  • Great flexibility and adaptability in scheduling: you can work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent or native in Spanish. We have a particular interest in multilingual talents, mainly in the markets we operate: Spain, France, and LATAM.
