Position Overview MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company offering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and cloud‑based solutions across multiple industries. We operate contact centers worldwide, delivering scalable and cost‑effective support to clients in healthcare, retail, government, and technology. We are hiring Remote Technical Support Representatives who will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for a variety of clients across industries. Candidates will respond to inbound requests via phone, chat, or email, resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues, and guide users through step‑by‑step solutions. Responsibilities Respond to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Guide customers through step‑by‑step solutions and escalations when necessary. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions. Follow company protocols and security guidelines when handling sensitive information. Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience. Meet performance metrics, including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance. Qualifications Minimum 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent. Previous call center experience required. Work‑from‑home experience preferred. Strong command of the English language (speaking and writing). Typing speed of 20+ WPM. High‑speed internet connection and a quiet work environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multitask. Must reside within 80 km of our office. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary based on experience. Health and dental coverage (HMO).
