Product Owner

We are representing an international, New Zealand–headquartered technology company that delivers innovative SaaS and hardware solutions to customers worldwide, including the United States and Australia.

About the Role

As a Product Owner, you will be the key link between business vision and technical delivery. You'll manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure that product development aligns with both customer needs and long-term business objectives.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions in an agile environment.

What You'll Do

• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication of product vision and priorities.
• Own and manage the product backlog, translating business needs into well-defined user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements gathering and problem analysis to deliver solutions that address customer pain points.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and support smooth, iterative product delivery.
• Use tools like Jira and Confluence to organize requirements, manage sprints, and maintain clear documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Track product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch, ensuring features are delivered with measurable impact.
• Contribute to business cases, ROI analysis, and product strategy discussions.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Agile Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira & Confluence.
• Strong background in backlog management, user story writing, and facilitating agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to balance customer needs with business goals in a high-growth environment.
• Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or growth-oriented companies is highly advantageous.

Nice to have:

• Formal Agile certifications.
• Experience with cloud-based or large-scale product launches.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php180,000.00 per month
