We started as a customer service agency, but have leveraged our client experience and technical acumen to become the industry's first AI empowered (human) virtual assistant service.About the Role:We are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant empowered by AI tools to support a range of marketing initiatives and general operations. This role requires someone who can assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, analyzing data, managing email campaigns, and supporting content planning across channels.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, AI software, and project management platforms. If you're a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and daily administrative tasks, we'd love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Support (50%)Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO)Manage email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot)Conduct market research and competitor analysisCreate marketing reports and track campaign performanceAssist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and adsManage digital assets and marketing materialsSupport paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)General Operations Assistance (50%)Manage calendars (Google Calendar, Calendly)Handle email and inbox managementUpdate project management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUpConduct data entry and researchCoordinate with internal teams and external partnersAssist with administrative tasks and reportsRequirementsQualifications:At least 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a focus on marketing management and remote workExperience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planningProficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaignFamiliarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude AI, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI) – preferred but not requiredStrong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbalStrong general business support skills, including:Administrative assistanceCalendar and schedule managementEmail and inbox handlingBasic documentation and reportingExceptional attention to detail and ability to work independentlyNice-to-Have Skills:Knowledge of SEO and content marketingExperience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads, Amazon, eBay & ShopifyBasic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express)Technical Requirements: (* are required)Stable high-speed internet with backupComputer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 16GB+, and dual monitorHeadset, mic, and webcam for meetingsFocused workspaceBenefitsWhat we offer:Salary rate is up to $6/hr based on experiencePandemic-proof jobSince you will be working from home, you get to save a lot of time and money.Company & team events - Virtual and OfflineTenure Based BenefitsHMO coverage up to $50/MonthPaid Time OffsWhat we don't offer:All government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH).
