Summary of Role
As our HubSpot Administrator, you are the chief architect and guardian of our most critical business platform. Your mission is to own the ongoing development and optimization of our HubSpot instance, ensuring it scales with our growth and powers our success. You will work in close partnership with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to translate their strategic goals into technical reality. This is a full-time, in-office role based at our Taguig City office, designed for deep, hands-on collaboration and immediate impact.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
You won't just be managing a system; you'll be building the operational foundation that drives our revenue.
Be the HubSpot Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary system administrator and go-to expert for our entire HubSpot environment. You will lead the charge on everything from daily configuration and user support to strategic new development projects.
Architect and Automate Business Processes: Collaborate with teams across the company to understand their challenges, then design and implement powerful workflows, reports, and integrations that solve real business problems and drive efficiency.
Ensure a Foundation of Trustworthy Data: Own the integrity of our CRM data. You will manage data feeds, complete regular system audits, and troubleshoot integrations to ensure our reporting is accurate and our teams are making decisions with confidence.
Empower the Entire Organization: Act as a trainer and champion for HubSpot best practices. You will create documentation, train new users, and grow the HubSpot skill set across the organization, elevating everyone's ability to succeed.

- You're a Certified HubSpot Pro: You have 3-4+ years of deep experience in an operations role, with advanced, hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration (certifications like Revenue Operations or Sales Hub are a huge plus).
- You Speak the Language of Revenue: You have a strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting, and RevOps concepts. You know how to translate business needs into technical requirements that drive results.
- You Turn Data into Insight: You are highly analytical and have a proven ability to build insightful dashboards and reports in HubSpot, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- You're a Master of Project Management: You excel at managing competing priorities, working cross-functionally, and driving projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- You Flourish in a Collaborative, Onsite Environment: You value face-to-face teamwork and believe that the best solutions are built through the creative energy and spontaneous collaboration of an in-office setting.
