Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule social media posts across platforms
  • Manage and distribute newsletters
  • Coordinate and schedule events
  • Provide administrative support
  • Manage website content and updates using GoHighLevel
  • Oversee organic social media management and posting
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Execute email marketing campaigns
  • Support LinkedIn marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with GoHighLevel and Meta Business Suite
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing
  • Experience in website and social media management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Prior experience in email marketing and calendar management
  • Must be amenable to work at night
  • Must be comfortable working with timetrackers
  • Must have own working equipment (computer: atleast i5 and 8GB Ram, webcamera, and noise cancelling headset)
