JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • In charge of the training and onboarding of the Sales Personnel such as Account Executives, Sales Agents, Sales Staff, and Sales Promodisers regarding Sales Management processes, product trainings, customer service, and other sales guidelines;
  • Identifies and serves the training requirements of every sales channel;
  • Devise and implement new training programs and orientation courses that will upskill and reskill the Sales Personnel;
  • Gather relevant inputs and information through Training Needs Analysis, Post Training Evaluations, and surveys to diagnose and ensure compliance of training guidelines;
  • Prepare and compile sales training tools such as product videos, course handouts, product information sheets, presentation materials, and modules;
  • Coordinate and arrange with the Account Executives and Sales Agents for the training support and requirements of their clients;
  • To conduct field training visits with the Account Executives and Sales Agents if needed.
  • Collate projected training expense and request for operational budget;
  • Prepare for after-event reports, evaluation summary, and liquidation reports for each program run;
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team with the current products, promotions, and operational trends thru field visits, research, and competitor checks.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by the Sales Training Officer and Sales Head from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Marketing, Communication or any 4 year Business related courses
  • Proficient in product presentation, training, and MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Has excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Personable and with good interpersonal and organizational skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
