THE ECOMMERCE MEDIA SPECIALIST ROLE

You will be supporting our Ecommerce Media Manager with the overall planning, execution, and reporting of ecommerce media campaigns. These may include but are not limited to:

Off-Platform Media:
Facebook CPAS, Google Shopping, Tiktok Ads

On-Platform Media:
Sponsored Search/Discovery, Sponsored Display/Media, Affiliate Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning
    : Pulling historical data for benchmarking purposes, running simulations in the platforms to estimate costs and deliveries, work with external partners for additional input for planning consideration
  • Execution:
    Setup campaigns directly in the dashboards, implement changes in content, keywords, bids, etc as needed. Daily/Ongoing monitoring of overall campaigns to ensure everything is on-track. Flag any issues asap.
  • Reporting:
    Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly) from all active platforms, update standard reporting templates and provide initial commentaries, observations, or recommendations for optimization. Additionally, attend regular reports/meetings with the Ecommerce Manager/Director and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate
    with internal teams including content, media, and strategy teams for overall/integrated planning and execution

DESIRED RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience in the advertising / communication industry
  • Experienced in Collaborative Ads of Meta, and e-Commerce ads of Google and TikTok
  • Preferably experienced with Seller Center: Lazada and Shopee
  • Hands-on experience in performance media planning and management (
    Paid Search, Paid Social, Online Video
    ) is an advantage
  • Training / Certification from Google, Facebook, and Twitter is a plus
