At Bossjob, we recognize the power of short-form video in driving engagement and brand growth. As a Senior Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will oversee the full process of video content creation and manage our social media accounts, with a strong focus on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead short video creation from strategy, scripting, shooting, and editing to performance analysis.
  • Manage daily operations of TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, ensuring strong performance and conversions.
  • Conduct trend and keyword research to generate creative ideas for campaigns.
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations for content and ads.
  • Collaborate with influencers for digital campaign marketing.

What we expect from you:

  • 3–5 years of experience in social media operations and short-form video creation, especially on TikTok.
  • Skilled in video shooting, editing, and creative storytelling.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook trends, platforms, and algorithms.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Portfolio of previous work or influencer (KOL) connections is a plus.
