The Role

  1. Social Media Paid Campaigns:

  2. Develop end-to-end, implement, manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube (all done internally – no agency involved).

  3. Create engaging content tailored to different social media channels.

  4. Google Search and Display Paid Campaigns:

  5. Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display) to increase brand visibility and attract potential candidates (all done internally – no agency involved).

  6. Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy for maximum impact.
  7. Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

  8. Management of Review Sites:

  9. Oversee and optimize sponsored ads on platforms like Indeed, Glassdoor, and other relevant job boards.

  10. Campaign Monitoring and Optimization:

  11. Track and analyze the performance of all employer branding campaigns.

  12. Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.
  13. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in managing end-to-end paid social media, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, AdWords, Meta Business suite/Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads manager).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
