Learning and Development Associate

About the Role:
We are looking for a Learning & Development Associate who will design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs to support operational and technical learning needs. This is a project-based role (12 months) with a high possibility of contract extension or absorption.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by reviewing processes, attending meetings, and aligning with stakeholders.
- Design and develop training materials, workflows, and modules.
- Coordinate training schedules, facilitate sessions/town halls, and support participants.
- Monitor training progress and provide post-training evaluations.
- Prepare reports, e-certificates, and maintain trackers/resources.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree graduate (Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or other related courses are welcome to apply).
- At least 1 year of corporate training experience (Note: Academic/education teaching or training experience will be considered if you're teaching technical courses).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in creating and updating training manuals and modules.
- Competent in Google Suite (Slides, Meet, Classroom, Sites, etc.).
- Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies.
- Knowledge of learning management systems or similar platforms.
- Experience with digital tools, systems, or technical processes is a plus.
- Experience in E-commerce business and related systems is an advantage.
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills; confident in delivering training to groups.
- Accomplished communicator with experience interacting at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing projects or events from planning to execution.
- Open-minded, approachable, and willing to learn new ways of working.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with demonstrated success in managing multiple responsibilities.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati, with possible work-from-home arrangement if there are no scheduled trainings.
