Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact and support for our valued customers via in person, phone, email and live chat.
- Resolve questions/concerns with empathy, accuracy, and speed.
- Customer support to meet the day-to-day needs of customers.
- Collect, analyze, and document customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Uphold company policies while delivering creative, customer-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to address customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CEO SUITE products, services, and promotions.
- Meet and strive to exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT).

- High customer retention and positive customer feedback.
- Quick, accurate issue resolution with minimal escalations.
- Strong product knowledge and confidence handling a variety of scenarios.
- Proactive identification of process improvements and documentation updates.

Qualifications

- Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, chat tools, and helpdesk software.
- Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.

- Able to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional local languages is a plus.
- 2–3 years of customer service, hospitality, retail, or similar experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Positive, resilient mindset with a passion for helping others.
