GoGym is looking for an energetic, results-oriented, and people-focused Sales Team Lead to oversee the sales and service performance of one of our clubs. Youll be responsible for driving membership growth, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and leading a small team of Service Consultants (our frontline sales staff).

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both sales leadership and people management someone who can coach, motivate, and execute. Youll serve as the link between your team, the branch manager, and the executive sales leadership to make sure every member who walks through the door feels welcomed, supported, and excited to join GoGym.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the clubs Service Consultants and Personal Trainers team, ensuring daily targets and service standards are consistently met
  • Drive membership sales, renewals, and personal training package sales in line with monthly and quarterly goals
  • Coach and motivate team members through regular performance check-ins, sales training, and best-practice sharing
  • Maintain a strong presence on the gym floor to engage with members and prospects
  • Track daily leads, walk-ins, follow-ups, and conversion rates; report results to the Area Business Manager and National Business Manager
  • Ensure every prospective member receives a high-quality, informative, and friendly tour or
  • consultation
  • Implement GoGyms service and sales SOPs, ensuring consistency across all interactions
  • Work with the Marketing and Operations teams to execute promotions, community events, and local activations
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor service quality and assist in the continuous improvement of the clubs member experience
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance summaries for management review
