Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
    Experience
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Proven experience managing non-trade or indirect spend (e.g., office operations, facilities, marketing, IT, logistics contracts).
  • Exposure to vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Oracle) is highly valued.
    Skills and Competencies
  • Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Financial acumen—understanding of budgets, cost control, and ROI.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating bids, pricing, and vendor performance.
  • Familiarity with procurement laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
