Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring that catering supplies, ingredients, and equipment are properly stored and available when needed. This role supports the smooth operation of catering services by assisting with inventory control, receiving deliveries, and preparing supplies for events.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store deliveries of food, beverages, and catering supplies.
Verify accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices.
Organize and maintain stockrooms, refrigerators, and freezers in compliance with food safety standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.
Ensure items are properly labeled, rotated (FIFO method), and stored to prevent spoilage or damage.
Prepare and issue supplies and equipment for catering events as requested.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas.
Assist with periodic stock counts and audits.
Operate basic warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) safely.
Follow all company policies, food safety regulations, and health & safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in inventory, stock handling, or food service is an advantage.
Knowledge of food storage and handling practices preferred.
Basic math and record-keeping skills.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
Working Conditions
Work involves standing, lifting, and moving supplies.
May require early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holiday shifts depending on event schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
