Operations Executive

Role:
The operations executive - payments will be responsible as the maker of payment transactions following the drawdowns of the customer, ensuring positive repayments from the customer at T0. They will be responsible for updating the internal records, monitoring all payment transactions, and acting as support to the sales officers on concerns related to their customers' accounts.
As an Operations Executive - Payments, they will be responsible for ensuring timely payments at T0 and maintaining a healthy repayments portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
- Update internal trackers accurately to maintain real-time records of payment transactions and borrower interactions.
- Collect positive repayments from customers at T0 and handle any payment-related inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor all payment transactions closely to identify any discrepancies or irregularities and take appropriate action to resolve them promptly.
- Act as a support resource for sales officers, addressing concerns related to their customers' accounts and providing assistance as needed to ensure smooth payment processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in payment operations, finance, or a similar role.
- Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate payment processing and account reconciliation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to handle a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
