Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Prepare Flights:
Conduct comprehensive pre-flight planning including weather and NOTAM analysis, route validation, fuel computation, weight checks, and filing flight plans in compliance with ATC and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and Support Flight Operations:
Perform real-time flight following, communicate with pilots and ATC, provide weather and route updates, and ensure safe, efficient, and on-time flight execution.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders:
Liaise with clients, crew, ground operations, and regulatory authorities to secure permits, slots, and documentation, ensuring seamless coordination and timely communication for every flight.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety:
Adhere to company, CAAP, and IATA standards; maintain accurate records; uphold safety, security, and quality protocols; and promptly report incidents or irregularities.
- Drive Operational Excellence:
Achieve KPIs such as flight accuracy, on-time performance, and fuel efficiency; demonstrate analytical problem-solving, teamwork, and adaptability in a 24/7 shift-based environment.

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
