SITE WAREHOUSE MATERIAL ANALYST

The position is responsible for overseeing the flow, accuracy, and availability of construction materials at the project site. This role ensures that materials are properly received, stored, tracked, and issued to support timely and cost-effective construction operations. The analyst works closely with procurement, site engineers, and warehouse teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent delays.

  • Coordinates with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation of materials.
  • Maintains accurate records of material receipts, issuances, and returns using warehouse management systems or ERP tools.
  • Conducts regular cycle counts and reconciles inventory discrepancies.
  • Forecasts material requirements based on construction schedules and work plans.
  • Identify and report slow-moving, excess, or obsolete inventory for reallocation or disposal.
  • Ensures proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Supports audits and inspections by providing inventory reports and documentation.
  • Collaborates with site supervisors and subcontractors to anticipate material needs and avoid shortages.
  • Recommends process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce material waste.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management within the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with construction materials (e.g., rebar, concrete, formwork, finishes, fixtures).
  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards.

Working Conditions

  • 6-day work schedule (Mondays to Saturdays)
  • 1-month Training Assignment in Bocaue, Bulacan prior actual deployment in Santa Ana, Pampanga
  • Free accommodation will be provided
