Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and providing strategic and operational leadership to warehouse department focused on Manila team, extending support, and alignment to nationwide. This role combines both technical expertise and strategic management to ensure efficient inventory control, storage, handling, and distribution of finished good to branches and satellite offices, deliveries to customers, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement while aligning with broader organizational goals and maintaining excellent customer level satisfaction.

Applicant must be willing to work onsite, Monday-Saturday at Bagumbayan, Taguig City (nearest landmark is Waltermart Bicutan)

Warehouse Operations Management

Administrative

• Ensures strict compliance in company policies and procedures, and addresses disciplinary issues promptly, fairly and with sensitivity adhering to established protocols and legal requirements.
• Identify potential risks to business operations and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Cost and Fiscal Control

• Manages warehouse operational budget and ensures cost-efficiency of operational expenditures.
• Ensures efficient allocation of resources and initiates cost-saving measures focused on achieving and maintaining profitability.

Warehouse Operations

• Manages over-all warehouse business operations, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment to SCPA Way to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
• Identifies and resolves any concern and/or conflict by conducting root-cause analysis
• Anticipates needs and challenges that may impact operations; develops and implement plans for business continuity.
• Reviews and approves all warehouse related contracts, requests, and expenses.
• Oversees Customer Service Level (CSL) nationwide and addresses operation concerns across all departments
• Ensures that concerns raised by stakeholders are addressed promptly

WMS Management

• Manages the integration of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with Oracle NetSuite (ERP System) to ensure real-time visibility and accurate tracking of inventory

Transfer Orders Management

• Oversee efficiency of Transfer Orders to branches and satellites

Warehouse Storage Utilization and Materials Handling

• Designs and implements optimal warehouse layout to maximize space utilization, minimize handling time, ensure cost efficient storage practices and compliance with safety standards.

Inventory Management

• Oversee cycle counting, wall-to-wall inventories, stock reconciliation, and regular inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Reviews and approves policies and procedures for cycle counting, stock reconciliation, warehouse sales, and etc.
• Manages and investigates on inventory discrepancies, and works with necessary stakeholders for resolution

Third-Party Manpower

• Works closely with Third Party Manpower Coordinator to define the labor needs for the warehouse, including the skill sets needed, and the duration of their assignment (e.g., seasonal or long-term).
• Relays (to the Third Party Coordinator) strategic scheduling of third-party manpower for efficient operations
• Ensures Incident Reports are objective, properly documented and forwarded to the Third Party Coordinator in case problems/challenges arise

Warehouse Safety

• Oversees maintenance, calibration, and safe operation of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, automated storage systems, and conveyor belts to ensure uptime and productivity.
• Ensures all warehouse operations comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations and company safety protocols, particularly in the handling of hazardous materials, heavy equipment, and automated systems.
• Regularly conduct toolbox meetings, warehouse safety audits, and risk assessments to minimize workplace accidents and operational disruptions.

Reporting and Data Analysis

• Monitors and manages warehouse departmental performance through Scorecards and KPIs such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, lead times, and inventory accuracy.
• Prepares and presents detailed reports to Workgroup Integrator regarding warehouse operations, inventory levels, process improvements, and budget performance.
• Utilizes warehouse data to make informed decisions that optimize warehouse operations and meet customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on operational data, customer feedback, and emerging industry trends.
• Recommend changes that will enhance warehouse performance and contribute to overall supply chain efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php55,000.00 per month
