The Billing Analyst is responsible for processing, analyzing, and managing billing transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and financial regulations. This role ensures proper invoicing, reconciliation, and resolution of billing discrepancies to maintain financial integrity and support business operations.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

Billing and Invoice Management

  1. Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers within two (2) days after delivery.

  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer agreements.

  3. Maintain proper documentation of all billing transactions.

Reconciliation and Dispute Resolution

  1. Reconcile billing statements and accounts receivable records.

  2. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to invoicing.

  3. Coordinate with internal teams and customers for billing clarifications.

Return Materials Authorization (Processing)

  1. Process RMA requests including validation of returned items, issuance of credit memos, and coordination with the Sales and Warehouse Department.

  2. Ensure Accurate and timely reporting of RMA transactions.

  3. Maintain organized RMA documentation and track resolution timelines.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

  1. Prepare billing reports and summaries for management review.

  2. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial policies.

  3. Assist in internal and external audits related to billing activities.

Process Improvement and System Management

  1. Identify opportunities to enhance billing processes and improve efficiency.

  2. Utilize billing software and ERP systems for automated invoicing and reporting.

  3. Support system upgrades and implementation of new billing technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php26,000.00 per month
