Warehouse Crew

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Crew is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the warehouse including receiving, storing, organizing, packing, and dispatching goods. This position ensures that all materials and products are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries and materials.
• Sort, label, and store items in their designated areas.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch according to orders.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse at all times.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Follow company safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents.
• Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With or without warehouse experience (training will be provided).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse procedures is an advantage.
• Team player with good communication and time management skills.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules or extended hours if needed.

Work Environment:

• Warehouse or distribution facility setting.
• May require standing for long periods and handling heavy packages.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
