About the role:
As a Sr. People Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy and ensuring we build a thriving, compliant, and high-performing workplace. You'll work closely with business leaders, employees, and stakeholders to align HR practices with organizational goals while maintaining a positive employee experience.
What you'll do:
- Act as a strategic partner by building strong relationships with business leaders, employees, and other stakeholders.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and Philippine labor laws.
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to measure the impact of people strategies and support business decision-making.
- Oversee systems integral to generating reports for company-wide projects, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
- Take ownership of special projects as assigned by your immediate superior or senior leaders.
- Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, with focus areas in HR business partnership, employee/labor relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices.
- Proven experience collaborating with senior management to implement HR strategies.
- A data-driven approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Exceptional people skills, high energy, and the ability to build trust across all levels.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- A "let's get it done" mindset.
- Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
