Job Summary

The Office Staff for Marketing, Online, and Administrative Support plays a key role in executing day-to-day marketing initiatives, managing social media presence, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations. This position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail to support both promotional activities and back-office tasks.

Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Online Media

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content such as posts, captions, and basic graphics for social media and online ads.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and assist in analyzing campaign performance.
  • Help coordinate events, product promotions, and photo/video shoots.
  • Support in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general office duties including filing, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing materials.
  • Support coordination between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Manage inventory of office and marketing supplies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media management, or office administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,070.00 per month
