Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepares the contracts of the consultants based on the tasks and deliverables;
  • Provides admin and logistical support for the learning program implementation;
  • As the custodian of the Zoom account of the department, issues the meeting link(s), sends this to the training coordinator and ensures that this is calendared to avoid conflict of schedule;
  • Prepares Google forms and Kahoot Games of the pre-training survey, pre-test, post-test, etc. and to enhance the design and layout of consultants' PowerPoint Presentations;
  • Oversees the implementation of the pre-test and post-test;
  • Coordinates with the client regarding the progress of the pre-test and post-test administration to make a follow-up on those who have yet to comply;
  • Prepares the certificates of the attendees of the training;
  • Prompts Finance and Accounting when a billing needs to be sent and collections can already be undertaken for an account upon submission of the Terminal Report and project deliverables;
  • Collects the Certificate of Completion from the client;
  • Processes the request for the professional fees of the facilitators; and,
  • Coordinates the processing of the application, documentations, attendance sheets, contracts/agreements, allowances, certificates of internship, etc. of interns.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a college degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the same field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
