Your RoleThe KN Global Services employs close to 4,000 employees and hires and promotes approximately 700 employees per year. Effective onboarding, in the form of new hiring training, and upskilling of existing staff at all levels of the organization is critical to the continued success of KNGS. We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordination Manager who can organize our training offerings within a structured framework. This role involves developing standardized learning packages tailored to target audiences, ensuring the right trainings are delivered at the right time, and aligning training content across sites to enhance the global employee and business partner experience. The candidate will engage with business leaders to identify training needs, advise on training offers, and continuously refine the training framework based on data analysis and feedback. The ideal candidate is passionate about staff development, capable of implementing a transparent and effective training framework in a large organization, and skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication.
Your Responsibilities- Inventory all existing trainings, including target audience, mode of delivery, duration, and trainers.
- Develop a framework to categorize the KNGS population into target groups with common training needs and create tailored training packages for each group.
- Estimate the time required to complete each learning path and divide it into time-bound sub-paths with target completion dates, if necessary.
- Track attendance to measure fulfillment of learning paths.
- Manage training facilities and allocate resources according to the learning paths.
- Review and refine training paths in collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with trainers and training coordinators across locations to seek global alignment where feasible.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience within KN or similar organization.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and implementing training frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
