We're expanding our team and seeking an Investor Relations Associate who will play a key role in managing investor communications, supporting portfolio founders, and curating valuable networks that drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead CRM ownership for investor and entrepreneur engagement
  • Assess portfolio company needs in areas such as talent, finance, technology, and growth
  • Prepare investment teasers, memos, financial reports, and performance decks
  • Track and communicate operational metrics and milestones with investment teams
  • Build and manage a strong network of advisors, experts, and service partners
  • Contribute to the creation of founder playbooks and growth toolkits (GTM, compensation, hiring, etc.)
  • Lead event planning for shareholder meetings, board discussions, and investor gatherings

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, strategy, or investment banking
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a professional and polished demeanor
