Fun Associate

We are looking for a Fun Associate who will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through excellent service and smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers, answer queries, and explain game mechanics.
- Handle sales, cash, tokens, and POS transactions accurately.
- Ensure store cleanliness, orderliness, and safekeeping of prizes and redemption items.
- Support in resolving customer concerns and providing updated product and promo information.
- Perform other store-related assignments such as machine receiving, pullouts, and documentation.
Qualifications:
- At least Associate Degree or 2 years in college.
- 6 months–1 year cash handling experience (experience in amusement centers is an advantage).
- Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to operate POS systems.
You will be assigned to Fun Nation Amusement Center, one of the business unit of Expressions Stationery Shop, Inc located at CityMall Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php566.00 per day
