About The Role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who will be tasked with supporting your line manager at a fast-growing digital marketing agency with handling and organizing deliverables for B2B SaaS clients from around the world. This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills to learn more about SEO, a multi-billion dollar industry, and the fundamentals of client management.

The role will be full time, Mondays-Fridays from 1:00-9:30 PM Manila time. The role can be semi-flexible depending on the situation. The role is fully remote.

Main Tasks

  • Assisting the line manager through tasks and timeline coordination with other team members
  • Composing email correspondences to negotiate and collaborate with partners
  • Auditing partnerships to track successes and needs for improvement
  • Regularly updating spreadsheets for accuracy and task tracking
  • Taking meeting notes and setting deadline reminders
  • Accomplishing minor research tasks
  • Drafting email templates for manual outreach
  • Creating simple designs using Hyperise
  • Auditing campaigns to track successes and needs for improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Somebody well-organized, with a capacity to digest and manage spreadsheets with large amounts of data
  • Has EXCELLENT speaking and writing skills in English  
  • Skilled at using Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Able to attend frequent video conferencing meetings with high-speed internet and a personal laptop or computer
  • Comfortable with handling written content with decent copywriting skills
  • A good communicator who can cascade information to the different sub-teams in an effective manner
