Customer Service Representative (Billings)

Mandaue City

Night Shift, On-Site (Fixed Weekends-Off)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with mortgage inquiries and billing concerns. The role requires strong communication skills, at least 2 years of BPO experience in financial or billing accounts, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding mortgage servicing inquiries
  • Provide assistance with loan balances, payments, escrow accounts, and interest rates
  • Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Explain mortgage procedures, policies, and available options to customers
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quick issue resolution
  • Comply with all federal and state mortgage servicing regulations
  • Achieve targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or completed college-level education (required)
  • At least 2 years of BPO experience in billing or financial accounts (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and navigation
  • Experience in billing and collections is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
