Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative (Project-Based) directly reports to the Customer Care Supervisor. He/she is responsible in delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides clients with detailed information on queries or requests about the handover process, ensuring they are prepared and informed.
- Assists customers with their initial walkthroughs and inspections of newly completed units, ensuring that deliverables are met and align with both their expectations and that of the company.
- Works closely with the Technical Management Group to confirm the unit deliverables are ready for handover and addresses any last minute concerns or adjustments.
- Serves as the first point of contact for customers with questions or concerns regarding their units, from pre-handover to post-handover.
Ensures that all customer-related communications, including complaints, requests, and feedback, are accurately documented in the customer care management system.Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling Customer Concerns/Complaints x Investigate and solve customers' concerns/complaints.
- Ensure that all correspondences/communication letters being sent to the buyers are on time and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
- With at least 2 years experience in handover (turnover) and customer service, ideally in the real estate development or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Willing to work onsite at HTLand, Inc. Mandani Bay, Mandaue City, Cebu.
