About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team based in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time role in our vibrant Cebu IT Park office, where you'll be providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and chat
  2. Resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and following up as needed
  5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and communication
  6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service

What we're looking for

  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  5. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  6. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  7. Basic computer and typing skills
