What you'll do
Enter, clean, and organize data in Excel spreadsheets
Track receivables and payables, flagging any discrepancies
Prepare simple reports for management (pivot tables, basic formulas)
Handle assorted admin tasks that pop up in a busy work?day
Communicate progress daily via chat or brief Loom updates
What makes you a great fit
Proficient in Microsoft?Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
1?+?year doing data entry, bookkeeping support, or similar VA work
Sharp eye for detail—98?%+ accuracy is the goal
Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
Reliable internet (at least 25?Mbps) and a quiet workspace
Available for 20 guaranteed hours each week (some overlap with U.S.?Central Time)
Compensation & Growth
Stage Hourly rate (USD) Extras
Probation (first?90?days) $7.00/hr Guaranteed pay on 20?hrs/wk
Post?probation $8.00/hr —
Annual raise +?$0.50/hr each year —
After Year?1 — Eligible for $150 performance bonus every quarter
Outstanding performance — Additional merit bumps at our discretion
We pay on a weekly basis there is no wait, or worry on getting paid on your hard work
Hours & Future Opportunity
Fixed 20?hrs/wk paid whether or not the workload is lighter.
Option to expand to full?time as we grow (and as you choose).
