LOCATION: Cebu IT Park / Tower

POSITION: Customer Service Representative – Airline

WORK SET-UP: Pure Onsite

SCHEDULE: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule 24/7

START DATE: Urgent / ASAP

(JOB DESCRIPTION)

  • Airline Account- Reservation agents provide booking and reservation services to customers. These services may include booking airline tickets & Cancellations. They work with customers over the phone, in person, or via email and strive to provide excellent customer service.

(COMPENSATION & BENEFITS)

  • Earn up to PHP 24,000 Package
  • Get as much as PHP 20,000 Account Incentives

(REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS)

  • College Graduate with or without experience
  • At least Senior HS Graduate with 6months BPO Experiencec
  • Preferably Travel, Telco, or TSR Account
  • Above Average English Communication Skills
  • TOR / Diploma
  • COE / Resignation Letter approved or ack by HR and Supervisor
  • Government IDs and Numbers (SSS, Philhealth, TIN, Pag-ibig)
  • NBI Clearance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24,000.00 per month
