Position: Customer Service Representative - Airline Account

Location: IT Park Tower Cebu | Pure ONSITE

Job Description:

Airline account involves handling customer inquiries and support, often in a call center or at an airport, which includes tasks like booking/modifying flights, answering questions about policies, and resolving issues. Responsibilities can also include managing client accounts, processing payments, and providing administrative support to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations.

_ Qualifications:_

  • Senior High School graduate OR Undergrad Completed 2 years / 4 semesters, College graduate with minimum of 6 months BPO Experience is a must
  • Excellent English Communication Skills.
  • With or without Work Experience (with Excellent Communication Skills).
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays
  • Willing to work ASAP
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to Php22,610.00 per month
