We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training programs for new hires and existing employees. This role ensures that agents are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools to meet performance standards and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct new hire training sessions, including onboarding, product knowledge, communication skills, and process training.
  • Develop and update training materials, modules, and manuals to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business needs.
  • Facilitate refresher trainings and upskilling sessions to improve performance and address knowledge gaps.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to agents to enhance skills and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams to identify training needs and create tailored learning solutions.
  • Maintain training records and provide regular reports on trainee progress and program outcomes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, BPO best practices, and client requirements to enhance training content and methodology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php35,000.00 per month
