Job description

1. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Male or Female

– Open to all qualified applicants regardless of gender, as long as they possess the required skills and competencies for the role.

  • Graduate of BS Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering

– Must hold a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or any closely related scientific course, providing the technical background necessary for research, formulation, and product development.

  • Analytical and good in problem solving

– Should demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to assess data, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions in research and product development tasks.

  • With pharmaceutical or food industry experience

– Preferably with prior experience in the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing industry, ensuring familiarity with laboratory processes, regulatory requirements, and product development standards.

  • Knowledgeable in handling physico-testing equipment (pH meter, viscometer, moisture balance, weighing balance, etc.)

– Must have the technical ability to properly operate and maintain basic laboratory and physico-chemical testing equipment such as pH meters, viscometers, moisture balances, weighing balances, and other relevant instruments.

  • Computer literate and must have good interpersonal skills

– Proficiency in computer applications (such as Microsoft Office) is required for documentation, reporting, and analysis, combined with good interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues across departments.

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

– While prior industry experience is an advantage, motivated and competent fresh graduates with strong academic training will also be considered for the position.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Development of new products (Asean and Non-Asean Format)

2 Representative sample preparation of regulatory renewal, baby CPR, PCPR.

  1. Regulatory Notice of Deficiency compliance.

  2. Product improvement and reformulation.

  3. Trouble shooting of in-process and intermediate problem.

  4. Reprocessing of finished goods with Non-conformities.

  5. Reprocessing of bulk with non-conformities.

  6. Investigation of product complaints.

  7. Handling goods due to product complaints.

  8. Conduct trial for another approve supplier of sample raw materials.

  9. Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior which is related to his/her work.
