  1. Performs job functions consistent with the corporate vision and mission statements and the core values of the company.

  2. Drafts, encodes / types correspondence and other assigned documents and materials.

  3. Receives and records incoming communication; dispatches outgoing communication.

  4. Places and answers telephone calls and facsimile machine and electronic mail messages; relays written communication or messages received on the telephone to persons concerned.

  5. Prepares materials needed for regular departmental meetings; prepares minutes of the meeting and distributes them to those concerned; follows up on decision actions agreed upon during the meetings.

  6. Provides administrative and clerical support to the employees of the department.

  7. Acts as data and document custodian for the office; consolidates, links, and files documents and records according to established classifications; Keeps updated information and data files with particular emphasis on the maintenance of confidentiality of classified information.

  8. Maintains office supplies and consumable materials and prepares requisition forms for the replenishment of such.

  9. Keeps updated policies and procedures manuals, departmental guidelines, and administrative issuances as references for the staff of the department.

  10. Assists in the information dissemination processes of the office concerned.

  11. Provides liaison, coordination and follow-ups with both internal and external parties as directed by the superior.

  12. Provides staff assistance such as data collection and collation, provision of logistical support on specific projects and activities being undertaken by the office

  13. Assists in ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the work area.

  14. Assists / Monitor inter-branch stock movement transactions.

  15. Places order at Berjaya Coporation Berhard and ensures that all parts order of the three dealership are transmitted in PANDA.

  16. Performs other duties and responsibilities germane to the position and other tasks that may be assigned by the superiors.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php600.00 per day
