Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assemble mechanical components, equipment, or machines following assembly procedures and technical drawings.
  • Inspect parts and materials to ensure quality and accuracy before assembly.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to fit and align components.
  • Perform adjustments, repairs, and basic troubleshooting during the assembly process.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of tools, parts, and equipment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and report any defects, hazards, or deviations to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure products meet standards.
  • Support continuous improvement activities in the production area.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Technical/Vocational course related to Mechanical Technology, Machining, Mechatronics, or Industrial Technology.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and instructions.
  • Knowledge of basic tools and measuring instruments.
  • Physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules or extended hours if required.
