Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties according to their needs and budget Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, property listings, and referrals Conduct property tours, site visits, and open houses for potential buyers Provide clients with accurate information on property prices, legal requirements, and market trends Prepare and present sales proposals, property documents, and contracts Negotiate offers and close deals in a timely and professional manner Maintain and update client databases and property listings Coordinate with property developers, brokers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on local market conditions, property values, and industry developments Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred but not required) Proven experience in real estate sales or related field is an advantage Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with real estate CRM systems and online property platforms is a plus Must possess a valid driver’s license (if fieldwork is required) Working Conditions: Full-time position May require work on weekends, holidays, or outside regular office hours depending on client schedules Commission-based compensation with performance incentives #J-18808-Ljbffr
